摘    要:本文以某定位锚绞车卷筒为研究对象,首先分析了实际使用中钢丝绳在卷筒上的布置情况和由此造成的卷筒受载情况,然后通过有限元仿真分析得到卷筒的应力及位移分布云图,在此基础上为满足轻量化指标,对卷筒进行了结构优化和强度校核,为装船的定位锚绞车轻量化设计提供参考依据。

Abstract:Taking the reel of a positioning anchor as research objects, firstly, this article studied the arrangement of wire rope on the reel and the load caused by the reel, and the stress and displacement distribution cloud diagram of the reel is obtained by finite element simulation analysis. On this basis, the structure optimization and strength check of the reel are carried out, which provides a reference for the lightweight design of the positioning anchor.
