摘    要:供电联锁装置是供电系统安全运行的重要保障,如何提高该装置的可靠性对长期保证供电网络的安全性和稳定性以及提高供电系统的生命力有着重要意义。文章介绍了基于西门子S7-300软冗余系统的供电联锁装置的软、硬件构成以及实现办法。通过对软冗余系统工作原理的认识,分析主备系统数据同步时间及故障切换时间。文章还采用马尔科夫方法对冗余系统的系统可靠性进行分析,得出软冗余技术对供电联锁装置的可靠性具有较大的提高效果。

Abstract:The power supply interlocking device is an important guarantee for the safe operation of the power supply system. How to improve the reliability of the device is of great significance for ensuring the safety and stability of the power supply network and improving the vitality of the power supply system. The article introduces the software and hardware components and implementation methods of the power supply interlocking device based on Siemens S7-300 software redundant system. Based on the understanding of the working principle of the software redundant system, the data synchronization time and failover time of the active and standby systems are analyzed. The article also uses the Markov method to analyze the system reliability of the redundant system, and concludes that the soft redundancy technology has a greater effect on improving the reliability of the power supply interlocking device.
