摘    要:边海防水域具有线长面广、环境恶劣复杂、突发事件层出、局部争端频现等特点,长期以来是管控的重难点之一,研制边海防无人艇是未来发展的重要方向。分析了国内外无人艇研究现状,根据边海防水域环境特点和管控任务,论证了边海防无人艇的多样化任务应用需求和总体发展趋势。在此基础上,提出了边海防无人艇初步建设设想,并针对具体使用实际从总体设计、环境感知、模块化载荷、安全防护等方面指出关键技术攻关方向,为推进实装应用进程提供有利参考。

Abstract:The water of border and coastal defense, which is one of the major difficulties in management for a long time, has the characteristic of broad areas, long distances, execrable conditions, emergency happenings and brush-fire issues. The unmanned surface vehicle (USV) is an indispensability way of border and coastal defense. After reviewing the current development of the USV at home and abroad, based on the environmental characteristic and the actual mission of the army watercrafts, it discusses the various applications and development demands. And then, the future developing ideas of the USV are brought forward. It also pertinently presents some key technologies, such as whole platform design, environment perception, modularizing load, and security, which can provide references for advancing the course of the USV.
