耙吸挖泥船艏喷喷嘴结构设计优化方法

摘    要:文章针对耙吸挖泥船艏喷喷嘴,以喷嘴出口半径、延伸段长度、喷嘴特征长度、艏喷管径为母型参数,计算不同喷嘴特征参数下的喷射特性,并构建出口喷射速度、喷嘴应力及散落度参数化函数,采用熵权法进行参数权重分析,形成一套耙吸挖泥船艏喷喷嘴结构设计优化方法。本文的研究成果对耙吸挖泥船艏喷喷嘴喷射特性的研究,以及完善耙吸挖泥船艏喷喷嘴的结构设计具有重要意义。

Optimization method of structure design for rainbowing nozzle of trailing suction hopper dredger
Abstract:Based on the rainbowing nozzle of trailing suction hopper dredger, the nozzle outlet radius, extension length, nozzle characteristic length, and rainbowing nozzle diameter are used as parent parameters to calculate the injection characteristics under different nozzle characteristic parameters. And the parameterized functions of outlet injection speed, nozzle stress and dispersion are constructed. The entropy method is used to analyze the weight of parameter. A set of structural design optimization method for rainbowing nozzle of trailing suction hopper dredger is formed.The research results of this paper are of great significance to the study on the spray characteristics of the rainbowing nozzle of trailing suction hopper dredger, and to improve the structure design of the rainbowing nozzle of trailing suction hopper dredger.
