| Abstract: | This paper expounds the characteristics of utilization of mechanical equipment and characteristics of equipment themselves utilized by construction enterprises, and discusses the mode of organization and management of mechanical equipment being utilized by construction enterprises, so as to guarantee the reasonability of management both technically and economically. |
