摘    要:为了做到不增加一次性投资也能够推广应用高性能道面混凝土,在现有施工水平与可能获得的材料的条件下,通过大量试验研究,采用独立设计法,建立了高性能道面混凝土抗折强度公式和配合比设计方法,提供了不同水灰比下的粉煤灰最佳掺量及配制不同抗折强度时的水泥用量,并对高性能道面混凝土的组成材料提出相应的要求。按所建立的掺优质粉煤灰混凝土配合比设计方法,可以配制出抗折强度在6.0~10.0 MPa的高性能道面混凝土,若掺加硅灰、钢纤维等,则可配制出强度更高的高性能道面混凝土。

Abstract:For the widespread application of high performance pavement concrete without increasing the cost of one-time investment under the present conditions of construction and available materials,a flexural strength formula and a mix design have been established through a lot of experiments and by adopting an independent design;the best dosage of pulverized fly ash in different water-cement ratio and the dosage of cement on different flexural strengths provided;and corresponding requirements prescribed for the components of pavement concrete.High performance pavement concrete with flexural strength ranging from 6.0 MPa to 10.0 MPa can be concocted according to the mix design of quality pulverized fuel ash established herein;and if mixed with silicon ash,steer fiber,etc.,higher performance pavement concrete can be made.
