垂向限位器对舱口盖强度特性的影响分析

摘    要:参照IACS UR S21的相关要求,在某散货船舱口盖结构强度的有限元分析中,对舱盖板之间垂向限位器进行了模拟,并讨论在垂向露天设计载荷作用下舱盖板之间铰链接缝处垂向限位器的关联程度对盖板变形和应力分布的影响。分析结果表明:垂向限位器能有效的限制舱盖板间的垂向相对变形;在建模中考虑舱盖板之间垂向限位器的关联作用,能准确反映舱口盖结构的变形和应力分布,使舱口盖结构的风雨密和强度设计更为合理。

Abstract:Referring to IACS UR S21, (Male/Female) Vertical Guides of the hatch cover for a bulk carrier have been simulated in FE analysis. The effect of the (Male/Female) Vertical Guides connecting two hatch covers under vertical weather design load has been studied. The result shows that the (Male/Female) Vertical Guides can restrict the relative deformation between panels of the hatch cover effectively. In FE modeling, if the Vertical Guides are to be considered, the deformation and stress distribution of the hatch cover will be more realistic, leading to more reasonable hatch cover design.
