基于人机工程的船舶驾驶室设计评估

摘    要:船舶驾驶室的设计质量直接影响航行安全、作战能力、团队作业效率和船员身心健康等问题。为了提高我国船舶驾驶室的设计质量,从人机工程的角度建立了驾驶室多属性数学设计评估模型,开发了驾驶室数字化设计评估软件。实例研究表明,提出的设计评估方法能够精确客观地测量和计算各参数的设计优劣。在驾驶室设计阶段可进行交互式的设计与评估,缩短开发周期,并通过数据库追溯评估过程,发现设计缺陷并进行改进,指导驾驶室设计方案的优化和筛选工作。

Abstract:The design quality of ship cab directly influence navigation safety, ability of fight, efficiency of team work and crew health and so on. In order to improve design quality of ship cab in China, the mathematical evaluation model is established base on human-machine engineering, and the digital evaluation software is developed. Evaluation case shows that the proposed method can measure and calculate the parameters of ship cab design objectively and accurately. It can interaction between design and virtual evaluation in the design phase, not only shorten the development cycle, and can trace the evaluation process to points out the deficiency by database and improvement, and it can guide optimization and screening of the design scheme of cab.
