| 摘 要： | 居民出行调查是制定合理的交通规划的基本前提和重要环节.由于目前我国居民出行调查还存在很多亟待解决的问题,居民出行抽样调查率的确定还主要根据国外经验和定性认识,缺乏科学的理论基础做支撑.因此根据调查目标、调查方法,在保证调查精度的前提下,科学合理地确定抽样调查率具有十分重要的理论和实践意义,对于交通规划、交通治理和决策的制定具有重要作用.

| Abstract: | Trip survey is an important premise and section for establishing a reasonable traffic plan. Because there are many problems of trip survey that need urgent solutions, the definition of trip survey rate is mainly according to external and qualitative experiences, lack of scientific theories. Therefore, it is important to determine the trip survey rate scientifically and reasonably based on the premise of guaranteeing survey accuracy according to survey object and method, which is also useful for further traffic plan, management and policy establishment. |
