| Abstract: | Shanghai Port International Passenger Centre has strengthened scientific management of enterprise facing the cruise industry of China which develops rapidly. The basic situation of Shanghai Port International Passenger Centre is introduced. Emphatically the methods of scientific management are introduced from 4 aspects, such as sticking to the aims of safety, convenience and comfort, pushing on fine management and informationization management, strengthening cooperation with port units etc., which has got good results and could be referenced. |
