摘    要:为了研究螺旋摊铺过程中温度对摊铺均匀性的影响,首先通过对螺旋布料器的结构分析以及流体动力学的理论分析,建立了螺旋摊铺过程中沥青混合料的单项CFD运动场模型;然后利用所建模型模拟不同温度的运动场温度云图,从而对运动场温度分布进行分析;根据运动场温度云图计算单位面积的温度变化率以及不同初始温度下运动场模型的温度损失量,进而分析了不同摊铺温度对运动场的影响,为实际螺旋摊铺作业中选择摊铺温度提供参考。

Abstract:In order to study the effect of temperature on the paving uniformity in the spiral paving process,a single CFD motion field model of the asphalt mixture in the spiral paving process was established through a structural analysis of the spiral distributor and a theoretical analysis of fluid dynamics.The model was applied to simulate the contour maps of temperature for motion field,and the temperature distribution of the motion field was analyzed.The temperature change rate per unit area and the temperature loss of the motion field model at different initial temperatures were calculated according to the contour maps of temperature.The influence of different paving temperatures on the motion field provides reference for the selection of paving temperature in practice.
