| 摘 要： | 以天津站交通枢纽工程为依托,提出了城市综合交通枢纽运营管理模式研究应该解决的几个问题及解决策略。提出了多投资主体项目的建设管理及费用筹措策略;阐述了涉及多种交通方式运营管理的初步思路;提出了交通枢纽维修制度及运营维护费用筹措策略。以期抛砖引玉,带动业界人士对综合交通枢纽运营管理模式进行深入的研究,并推动新兴的城市综合交通枢纽项目运营管理体制的不断完善。
