脑血管病和颅内肿瘤患者CSF-CK-BB实验与临床研究

摘    要:采用层析荧光改良法对84例脑血管病(CVD)和颅内肿瘤(ICT)患者脑脊液(CSF)中脑型肌酸激酶同功酶(Brain Type Creatine Kinase Isoenzyme,CK-BB)活性作了测定。结果表明,在CVD急性期和ICT患者的CSF-CK-BB活性均有明显升高,且以出血性卒中(HCVD)的升高最为显著,其次为ICT,而缺血性卒中(ICVD)的升高则相对较低;同时CSF-CK-BB活性升高与CVD和ICT患者脑损伤的程度、范围和预后相关,而与ICT的病理性质及瘤腔内坏死范围无关。

Abstract:The brain type creatine kinase isoen-zyme (CK-BB) in the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of 84 cases with cerebrovascular disease (CVD) and in-tracranial tumour (ICT) was measured by means of chromatographic separating and fluorometric quanti-fying. The results showed that in the patients with acute CVD and ICT the CSF-CK-BB activity had been obviously raised and highest in the patients with hemorrhagic cerebrovascular disease (HCVD),second highest in the patients with intracranial tumour (ICT). relatively low in the patients with is-chemic cerehrovascular disease (ICVD). Meanwhile, There was a considerable correlation Between CSF-CK-BB activityand the severe degree, extent and prognosis of the brain parenchymal injury in the patients with acute CVD and ICT, but no correlation bttwc.cn CSF-CK-BB activity and pathologic diagnosis and necrotic extent within ICT. The testof the CSF-CK-BB activity can be used as a new index in the early diagnosis of CVD and ICT as well as a differential diagnosis between HCVD and ICVI), and there was also a value for assessing the severe degree, extent and outcome of the brain parenchymal damage in the patients with CVD and ICT. As for the real etiological diagnosis of ICT of CSF-CK-BB activity, it is obscured and remains to be further studied.
