摘    要:城市轨道车辆制动动力试验台测控系统是直接影响闸瓦摩擦试验效果的关键部件。如何精确地检测和记录试验数据是研制的关键内容。研究了测试系统测力机械结构设计,设计了一种以工业控制计算机、多功能数据卡、专项软件开发平台相结合的智能测控系统,应用于轨道车辆制动动力试验台。实现了实时多通道数据采集、实时显示、数据处理、试验数据的后期分析处理、报表生成及打印试验报告等功能。

Abstract:The measurement and control system of urban rail vehicle's friction test-bed is a key part which has a direct impact on the brake shoe friction test results,while the accurate and precise detection and recording of the test data is a key component for the manufacture of vehicles.This paper introduces the mechanical structure design of the dynamometer testing,and the industrial design which is an intelligent monitoring and control system combining a control-computer,a multi-function data acquisition card and a special software development platform,this system is used in rail vehicles friction test.Thus,the real-time multi-channel data acquisition,the real-time display,the data processing,the post test data analysis and processing,the statements and test report generation as well as the printing functions could be all realized.
