| Abstract: | With respect to the features of UPTS, such as complexity, non-linear, etc., System Dynamics is used in this paper to establish UPTS model. Through analyses and emulation of this model, some policy suggestions aimed at the actual situation of UPTS in Beijing are advanced to improve the UPTS in Beijing. |
