| Abstract: | The superficiality of traffic congestion in cities is the contradiction of vehicles and roads, but the essence is the problem of plan and scientific traffic development. The key solution of traffic jams is to adopt the conception of humanistic development, comprehensive and harmonious development and sustainable development to guide the reforms of urban transport. |
