乘用车MPDB工况碰撞兼容性研究

摘    要:对影响移动渐进式变形壁障(Mobile Progressive Deformation Barrier,MPDB)工况碰撞兼容性的关键因素(整备质量、结构强度)进行了分析研究,总结了整备质量与乘员负载指数(Occupant Load Criterion,OLC)之间呈线性关系,车身前部结构强度对击穿问题影响明显,通过改善前部结构强度可以很好地改善该问题,同时给出结构设计建议,为其他车型设计提供参考。

Research on Collision Compatibility of Passenger Cars Considering MPDB Conditions

Abstract:This paper studied the key factors including curb weight and structural strength that affect collision compatibility considering the MPDB load case. A linear relationship between the curb weight and OLC was identified. The vehicle front-end structural strength has an obvious impact on bottoming out which can be improved by adjusting the structural strength. The corresponding suggestions on structural design were proposed as well.
