聚L-苏氨酸铅笔芯修饰电极的制备及对对苯二酚电化学行为的测定研究

摘    要:通过CV法(循环伏安法)在铅笔芯电极上成功制备了聚L-苏氨酸修饰膜,研究了铅笔芯修饰电极上的最佳聚合条件和对苯二酚在该修饰电极上的电化学行为。实验表明,该修饰电极应用于流动注射不可逆双安培检测体系中性能良好。作为普通的电极材料,通过电化学修饰方法使其性能更加优化,具有潜在实用价值。由于体积微小、响应灵敏,故有利于在此基础上研发新型简易的生物及电化学传感器。
