车载仪表仿真的形态逼真度研究

摘    要:虚拟车载仪表系统是列车车载智能显示终端人机交互界面的重要组成部分.针对现有车载智能终端虚拟仪表呈现方式复杂,再现精度要求高的特点,在分析轨道车辆车载仪表显示特点的基础上,定义了仪表仿真形态逼真度的概念及内涵,建立了基于实时绘制、图像旋转的复杂元素运动算法,提出了指针表盘耦合误差修正、图像旋转失真修正两种形态逼真度误差修正方法,提高了车载仪表仿真的形态逼真度.最后以动车组DMI等车载仪表为例对算法进行了验证.仿真结果表明:通过上述方法实现的仪表效果具有很高的形态逼真度,能有效地实现我国现有车载仪表中全部的显示效果,具有很强的工程实用性和通用性.

Abstract:Virtual vehicle instrument system is an face of the intelligent display terminal in vehicle. important part of human-computer interaction inter- In view of the characteristics that complex presenta- tion and high accuracy requirement of the reappearance of the virtual instrument in existing vehicle in- telligent terminal, in this paper, on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the rail vehicle on- board instrument display, we defined the concept and connotation of shape fidelity of instrument simu- lation. We then established the motion algorithms of the complex dements based on real-time render- ing and image rotation and proposed two kinds of shape fidelity error correction method: the pointer- dial coupling error correction and image rotation distortion correction. We improved the shape fidelity of vehicle instrument simulation and use EMU DMI as an example to give a validation to the algo- rithm. The simulation results show that the effect of vehicle instrument realized by above methods has high shape fidelity under the algorithm which can effectively realize all display in the existing vehicle instrument in our country and has a strong engineering practicality and generality.
