跨声速射流冲击对挡板作用特性的模拟分析

摘    要:为了得到跨声速理想膨胀射流冲击对于挡板的压力、驻点位置等规律,对射流角度为45°,60°和90°,射流距离与喷口直径比H/D为4,6,8的模型进行了数值模拟.结果表明:当H/D从4增加到8时,作用力增加约10%,改变的幅度较小;当射流角度从45°增加到90°时,作用力提高大约40%,作用力大小跟射流角度关系较大.射流角度从45°增加到90°时,驻点距离射流中心由0.07~0.10 m减小到0;射流距离变化对驻点的距离影响很小,变化幅度在10%左右.

Abstract:In order to obtain the regular patterns of the pressure and position of stagnation point , simulation for jet impingement angles 45°,60°and 90°and the ratio H/D of 4,6,8, where H is the distance from the nozzle to im-pingement surface and D is the diameter of the nozzle ,were carried out .The results show that when H/D increases from 4 to 8, the force imposed on impingement surface increases by 10%, the change is relatively small;while im-pingement angle increases from 45°to 90°,the force is increased by 40%.So the force is highly related to the im-pingement angle ,but weakly to the distance from nozzle to impingement surface .The increase of impingement angle from 45°to 90°, the distance from geometrical to stagnation point decreased from 0.07~0.10 m to 0.The impin-ging distance has little influence on the location of the stagnation point , with the changing range about 10%.
