| 摘 要： | 为研究船用特种钢索的可靠性,设计研制了相应的可靠性试验台,对5套钢索进行了截尾可靠性寿命试验.针对钢索试验中的无失效情况,确定了钢索失效概率的多层先验分布,并给出了其Bayes估计.用最小二乘法给出寿命分布的参数估计,进而得到可靠度估计.最终利用试验评估结果证明钢索满足可靠性要求.

| Abstract: | In order to study the reliability of nautical steel-wires,we designed the reliability test-bed and have done reliability tests on five suits of steel-wires in given condition. All steel-wires are no failure in the test. For zero-failure data,the hierarchical prior distributions and Bayes estimates of various failure probabilities are presented. Then the LS method is used to estimate the parameters of the life distribution and reliability of life distribution is given. Finally,the test results indicate that the nautical steel wires are reliable. |
