泡沫沥青掺加粉煤灰冷再生混合料性能研究

摘    要:将粉煤灰掺入泡沫沥青冷再生混合料中,研究粉煤灰对泡沫沥青冷再生混合料力学性能、路用性能的增强作用。结果表明:粉煤灰在泡沫沥青冷再生混合料中既起到了活性填料作用,又明显改善了泡沫沥青胶浆的微观结构界面。掺加粉煤灰能提高泡沫沥青冷再生混合料最终劈裂强度、改善水稳定性、增加泡沫沥青混合料抗剪切性能,但粉煤灰对泡沫沥青冷再生混合料早期强度增强作用不明显,推荐最佳粉煤灰掺量为10 %~14 %。

Research on Performance of Foamed Asphalt Cold Recycled Mixture Mixed with Fly Ash
Abstract:Fly ash is mixed into foamed asphalt cold recycling mixture to study the enhancement effect of fly ash on the mechanical properties and pavement performance of foamed asphalt cold recycled mixture. The results show that fly ash not only acts as an active filler in the foamed asphalt cold recycled mixture, but also significantly improves the microstructure interface of the foamed asphalt mortar. Adding fly ash can increase the final splitting strength of foamed asphalt cold recycled mixture, improve water stability, and increase the shear resistance of foamed asphalt mixture, but fly ash has no obvious effect on the early strength enhancement of foamed asphalt cold recycled mixture. It is recommended that the best fly ash content is 10 %~14 %.
