干法SBS改性沥青混合料在低等级道路的应用

摘    要:为解决干法SBS改性沥青混合料在低等级道路的应用问题,设计正交试验确定了干法改性剂的最优结构、掺量和粒径,并提出增加焖料步骤促进改性剂充分溶胀的工艺;进行沥青混合料试验,验证了干法改性剂配方与焖料工艺的合理性。结果表明:粒径为20~40目,掺量为5.00 %的星型SBS最适合作为干法改性剂,干法混合料的最佳焖料时间为70分钟,且此时的混合料马歇尔稳定度提升了50.00 %,车辙动稳定度提升了102.88 %,低温极限弯拉应变提升了56.20 %,干法改性沥青混合料路用性能较普通沥青混合料有了较大地提升。

Application of Dry Process SBS Modified Asphalt Mixture for Low Grade Road
Abstract:In order to solve the application of dry process SBS modified asphalt mixture in low grade road, this paper designed orthogonal experiment to determine the optimum structure of dry process modifier, content and particle size, put forward the process to increase braised material steps to promote fully swelling of the modifier, and carried out the test for asphalt mixture, verifying the rationality of the dry process modification agent formula and braised material technology. The result shows that the star SBS with particle size of 20~40 mesh and dosage of 5.00 % is the most suitable as dry process modification agent. The best braising time of dry process mixture is 70 min, and the Marshall stability of the mixture is improved by 50.00 %, the dynamic stability of the wheel track is improved by 102.88 %, and the low temperature limit bending strain is increased by 56.20 %. The road performance of dry process modified asphalt mixture is better than that of ordinary asphalt mixture.
