铁路废旧轨枕综合利用研究及应用

结合铁路路基工程养护维修需求，提出废旧轨枕用于边坡防护骨架、挡墙、排水沟等多种结构形式，整根利用和切割后利用的经济性对比分析结果表明，两种施工工艺造价相当。废旧轨枕综合利用应进行砂浆强度及骨架节点连接强度检测。铁路废旧轨枕在路基砌体结构工程中的应用，为综合利用技术的推广奠定了良好基础。

Research and Application of Comprehensive Utilization of Railway Used Sleepers

Combined with the maintenance needs of railway subgrade engineering, various structural forms are put forward for the use of waste sleepers in slope protection framework, retaining wall, drainage ditch. Through economic analysis of two kinds of construction technology, i.e., the whole construction technology and the cutting construction technology. the result shows that the cost of the two construction processes is equivalent. Mortar strength and skeleton joint strength should be tested for comprehensive utilization of waste sleepers. The railway sleepers have been used in the roadbed masonry construction projects, which lays a good foundation for the popularization of the comprehensive utilization technology.
