摘    要:针对桥面铺装防水黏层渗水、黏结力不足引起的沥青铺装层过早脱落、耐久性不足的问题,选取SBS改性沥青碎石封层、环氧沥青碎石封层、水性环氧乳化沥青三种防水黏层材料,分别研究黏层材料类型、掺量、适用温度对防水黏层斜剪强度、直剪强度和拉伸强度的影响,并优选油-脂比、防水黏层撒布量和防水黏层类型。结果表明:环氧改性沥青最佳油-脂>比为9 %,水性环氧乳化沥青最佳油-脂比为6 %;SBS改性沥青碎石封层、环氧沥青碎石封层和水性环氧乳化沥青最佳撒布量分别为1.6、1.2、1.0 kg/m2。在常温环境下,优先选用环氧改性沥青碎石封层作为桥面铺装防水黏层,而在高温条件下可优先选用水性环氧乳化沥青,此时防水黏层具有优异的剪切强度和拉伸强度。

Material Optimization and Performance Evaluation of Waterproof Adhesive Layer for Cement Concrete Bridge Deck Pavement
Abstract:Aiming at the problems of premature fall off and insufficient durability of the asphalt pavement caused by the water seepage and insufficient adhesion of the bridge deck pavement, three kinds of waterproof adhesive layer materials: SBS modified asphalt macadam seal, epoxy asphalt macadam seal, and water-based epoxy emulsified asphalt were selected. The effects of adhesive layer material type, content, and applicable temperature on the oblique shear strength, direct shear strength and tensile strength of the waterproof adhesive layer were studied respectively, and the oil-to-grease ratio, the amount of sprayed waterproof adhesive layer and the type of waterproof adhesive layer were optimized. The results showed that the best oil-grease ratio of epoxy modified asphalt was 9 %, and the best oil-grease ratio of water-based epoxy emulsified asphalt was 6 %. And the optimal spreading amount of SBS modified asphalt macadam seal, epoxy asphalt macadam seal and water-based epoxy emulsified asphalt were 1.6, 1.2, 1.0 kg/m2 respectively. Besides, under normal temperature environment, epoxy modified asphalt macadam seal layer was preferred as the waterproof adhesive layer for bridge deck paving, and water-based epoxy emulsified asphalt could be preferred under high temperature conditions. At this time, the waterproof adhesive layer had excellent shear strength and tensile strength.
