基于双指标控制软土路基填筑变形控制研究

摘    要:依托四川省某软土路基分级填筑工程(5级),通过在路堤中部剖面布设沉降管和在坡脚布设水平测斜仪的方法,监测分级填筑过程中的路基变形指标;采取实测沉降值和单日最大侧向位移双指标沉降控制方案,拟合验算各级填筑的最佳沉降时间节点;计算标准沉降时间对应的单日最大侧向位移并验证其规范性。结果表明:软土路基在分级填筑施工过程中会发生沉降变形和横向变形,最大值一般在路堤中部填筑面和某填筑深度坡脚处;第1级到第5级填筑对应的标准沉降期分别为32,79,130,192,305天;标准沉降时间对应的单日最大侧向位移分别为0.8,1.1,3.1,3.5,3.9 mm/d,均小于5.0 mm/d。

Study on Deformation Control in Soft Soil Subgrade Filling Based on Dual Index Control
Abstract:In relation to the filling works for a soft soil subgrade in Sichuan (5-step filling), settling tube was arranged at the section in the middle of embankment and horizontal inclinometer arranged at the foot of slope to monitor the indicators of subgrade deformation; based on the analysis of these monitoring data, the dual index settlement control scheme of measured settlement and one-day maximum lateral displacement was adopted, and then by fitting calculation, the optimal settlement time nodes for each step were obtained; the one-day maximum lateral displacement corresponding to the standard settlement time was calculated and then proved to be normative. The results show that, soft soil subgrade will be subject to settlement and lateral deformation in the step filling with the maximum value generally reflected on the filling surface in the middle of embankment and at the slope toe in certain filling depth; the standard settlement time corresponding to the first to fifth step are the 32nd day, the 79th day, the 130th day, the 192nd day, and the 305th day respectively; the one-day maximum lateral displacement corresponding to the standard settlement time are 0.8, 1.1, 3.1, 3.5, 3.9 mm/d, respectively, all of which are less than 5.0 mm/d.
