泡沫沥青冷再生道路基层材料试验研究

摘    要:依托ATB-25沥青稳定碎石柔性基层道路养护工程,采用不同掺量铣刨料替代天然集料制备泡沫沥青冷再生柔性基层材料,对其路用性能进行试验研究。结果表明:铣刨料的加入能够在一定程度上增强碎石材料的高温稳定性及动态模量,但对水稳性能会产生劣化影响;而泡沫沥青能够起到均匀分布、有效融合反应的作用,可在一定程度上增强碎石材料整体的嵌挤效果和密实性,对沥青碎石的疲劳寿命和耐久性具有显著效果。

Experimental Study on Foam Asphalt Cold Regeneration Road Base Material
Abstract:Based on the ATB-25 road maintenance works of asphalt stablilized gravel flexible base, the foamed asphalt cold regeneration flexible base material has been prepared by different content of milling material instead of natural aggregates to experimentally study its road performance. The result shows the addition of milling material can enhance the high temperature stability and dynamic modulus of the crushed stone material to a certain extent, but it has a degrading effect on material water stability. While foamed asphalt achieves a role of uniformed distribution and effective mixing which can enhance the overall embedding effect and compactness of the gravel material to a certain extent and has a significant effect on the fatigue life and durability of the asphalt gravel.
