再生废旧混凝土骨料水泥稳定碎石路用性能试验及应用研究

摘    要:针对废旧混凝土再生回填路基稳定碎石进行分析研究,以不同再生骨料掺量(0 %,25 %,50 %,75 %,100 %)和不同水泥剂量(3 %,4 %,5 %,6 %)为基础进行试验,以最大干密度、最佳含水率和无侧限抗压强度为指标优选了5 %水泥剂量作为再生水泥稳定碎石基础配比参数。分析了不同再生骨料掺量下再生水泥稳定碎石材料的劈裂强度、干缩系数、温缩系数及冻融强度损失率。以25 %再生骨料为基础进行了实际的再生废旧混凝土水泥稳定碎石道路基层应用,道路强度和弯沉值检测均达到普通道路使用要求。

Research on Road Performance Test and Application of Recycled Waste Concrete Aggregate Cement Stabilized Crushed Stone
Abstract:Based on the analysis of the waste concrete recycled backfill subgrade stabilized crushed stone, the experiment was carried out with different recycled aggregate (0 %, 25 %, 50 %, 75 %, 100 %) and different cement dosage (3 %, 4 %, 5 %, 6 %), with the maximum dry density, optimum moisture content and unconfined compressive strength as the index, 5 % cement dosage was selected as the parameters of the base proportion of recycled cement stabilized crushed stone. The cracking strength, dry shrinkage coefficient, temperature shrinkage coefficient and freeze-thaw strength loss rate of recycled cement stabilized crushed stone with different recycled aggregate content were analyzed. Based on 25 % recycled aggregate, the practical application of recycled waste concrete cement stabilized crushed stone road base was carried out. The detection of road strength and deflection value met the requirement of common road.
