管道缺陷与补板漏磁场识别技术研究

摘    要:提出了管道漏磁检测过程中缺陷漏磁场与补板漏磁场的识别方法。根据微分形式的麦克斯韦方程组得出漏磁场动态数据模型。利用有限元方法建立管道漏磁检测的数值仿真模型,将缺陷、补板、缺陷与补板同时存在的漏磁场进行对比分析,并通过相邻补板漏磁场的分析,得出补板漏磁场与缺陷漏磁场的识别方法,为提高漏磁检测的精确度提供了重要的理论依据。

Abstract:A recognition method of the magnetic flux leakage of defects and patches in pipeline magnetic flux leakage testing is proposed. The mathematical analysis model for MFL is established, based on Maxwell's equations. A simulation model is estab- lished under a finite element theory. It conducts a comparative analysis of the magnetic flue leakage of defects, pathches, the pres- ence of defects and patches at the same time ; and through an analysis of the magnetic field of neighboring patches,it obtained the recognition method for recognizing the defects and patches and provided an important theoretical basis for enhancing the precision of magnetic flux leakage.
