船用大功率分轴传动装置试验研究

摘    要:分轴传动是一种新型的传动形式,船用大功率分轴传动装置是一个集机、电、液一体的复杂系统。本文研究以两机两轴和三机两轴大功率分轴传动装置为对象,在两机两轴试验台和三机两轴试验台上进行带负荷运转试验,确定了不同工况下系统转速与扭矩之间关系,系统的传动效率。既验证了分轴传动装置设计中仿真方法的可行性,又验证了分轴传动装置设计方法的合理性,能极大促进国内分轴传动技术的发展并应用于实船。

Abstract:Split transmission is a novel way for transferring. The equipment of split transmission consists of complex machines, electrics and fluid systems. This paper tested operation experiments on the conditions of load, based on two-en-gine and two-axis and three-engine and two-axis split transmission equipment. The relationships between system speed and torsion, transfer efficiency were obtained. It not only verifies the feasibility of the simulation method in the design of the split axle transmission device, but also verifies the rationality of the design method of the sub shaft transmission device, which can promote the development of the internal transmission technology and apply it to the real ship.
