摘    要:汽车电器在极限工况下的顾客感知及性能表现关系到汽车的耐受性及上市后的口碑,可以在短时间内体现汽车电器在整个生命周期的性能稳定性,在现代汽车的测试中具有很重要的作用。通过汽车电气鲁棒性的研究,能够提高汽车电器的耐受性,降低售后顾客的抱怨率,提高车辆在市场上的表现及此类汽车的市场占有率。本文主要聚焦于整车电器在几个极限工况下的鲁棒性表现,来说明整车电气鲁棒性研究的必要性,同时对鲁棒性测试方法进行了一定的阐述,以提高对汽车电气鲁棒性重要性的理解。

Abstract:The customer experience and performance of automobile appliances in extreme operating conditions are related to the automobile tolerance and the public praise after the launch,which can reflect the performance stability of automobile appliances in the whole life cycle in a short time and play a very important role in the test of modern automobiles.Through the research on the robustness of automobile appliances,the tolerance of automobile appliances can be improved,the complaint rate of after-sales customers can be reduced,the performance of vehicles in the market and the market share of such cars can be improved.This paper focuses on the performance of the vehicle's electrical robustness under several extreme operating conditions to explain the necessity of the research on the vehicle's electrical robustness.At the same time,it explains the test methods of the robustness,which can improve the understanding of the importance of the vehicle electrical robustness.
