Research on Robustness of Automotive Electrical Appliances Under Extreme Operating Conditions

The customer experience and performance of automobile appliances in extreme operating conditions are related to the automobile tolerance and the public praise after the launch,which can reflect the performance stability of automobile appliances in the whole life cycle in a short time and play a very important role in the test of modern automobiles.Through the research on the robustness of automobile appliances,the tolerance of automobile appliances can be improved,the complaint rate of after-sales customers can be reduced,the performance of vehicles in the market and the market share of such cars can be improved.This paper focuses on the performance of the vehicle's electrical robustness under several extreme operating conditions to explain the necessity of the research on the vehicle's electrical robustness.At the same time,it explains the test methods of the robustness,which can improve the understanding of the importance of the vehicle electrical robustness.
