| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the problem currently in regional port construction in China, expatiates the meaning of research on project investment risk pre-warning management for the port construction, and then establishes a model, pre-warning index system and evaluation for this risk management system. Finally the paper puts forwards a suggestion for the port construction and management in the district of Pearl River Delta. |
