| 摘 要： | 目前，水路等军交运输部门对水路军事运输事故的分析，往往采用统计分析的方法，难于揭示事故产生的原因和相互之间的内在关系，缺乏科学的理论依据。运用事故树的基本原理，对水路军事运输一些典型事故，如人员伤亡、吊装吊卸、货损货差、航行事故等进行了事故树分析，分析了产生事故的原因，提出了相应的预防措施。对于揭示水路军事运输事故的潜在危险因素、提高水路军事运输的安全管理效率具有一定作用与意义。
