| 摘 要： | IT作为企业的重要资产,发挥着越来越重要的作用,但同时,与IT相关的风险也在不断地增加,使得IT治理问题越来越突出地显现出来.本文正是基于IT治理这一主题,对IT治理结构进行探讨,结合利益相关者理论,给出了利益相关者协同共治的IT治理模型.
