基于GSM-R的铁路平交道口管理信息系统的研究

摘    要:GSM-R在我国铁路通信中的成功应用,解决了铁路传统通信系统不能解决的地、车数据传输问题,为我国道口防护信息化奠定了坚实的基础。为实现铁路平交道口安全防护的信息化,研究基于GSM-R网络上层应用分支的铁路平交道口管理信息系统是非常必要的。该系统应由“信息采集及系统管理”、“道口调度指挥和应急指挥”、“综合信息发布”3大功能单元构成,实现列车信息和道口信息的实时交换,以及道口信息在较大范围内的共享,以改善道口交通组织和提高道口防护的科技水平。

Abstract:The successful application of GSM-R in our country railroad communication has solved the data transmission problem between ground and the vehicle.The traditional railroad communications system cannot solve this problem,so GSM-R has laid the solid foundation for our country road junction safe protection informatization.In order to realize safe protection informatization of Road-rail Level Crossing, it is extremely important to research Road-rail Level Crossing Management Information System based on GSM-R network upper application branch.Therefore,this system comprises three functional modules,which are "information gathering and system administration","dispatch command and the emergency command in the road junction",and "comprehensive information issued".It can realize information exchange between the train and the road junction in real-time and can share the road junction information in wide range,in order to improve traffic organizing of the road junction and enhance the technical level of the road junction.More questions which need to further improve are the realization of the connection with the other systems and the expansion of the system function.
