摘    要:通过实证分析,论证了伴随铁路局实行资产经营责任制而实行的“总挂总提”工效挂钩办法存在的问题,提出了进一步完善现行工效挂钩办法,使之符合市场经济下间接调控企业工资总量基本原则应采取的改革措施.

Abstract:Discusses the problem of the method in interrelation between wages and beneficial resultswith railway bureaus carrying out the system of responsibility in capital run by analyzing real prob- .lems. Presentes the ways to perfect the recent method in interrelation between wages and beneficialresults, and make it accord with basic principle of indirect control over enterprise total wages inmarket economics condition.
