摘    要:提高轮式起重机的稳定性,可提高其在大幅度下的起重能力,在改进产品结构设计方面,可采取以下措施:增大支腿间距并使纵横支腿间距相等;吊臂下铰点位置沿最小幅度时吊臂轴线方向适当向前布置;采用组合式人字架以提高工作时的人字架高度;选用较高强度的管材来制造吊臂;在必要情况下,适当增加配重或增大转台尾部回转半径;增加底架刚度。

Abstract:To raise the stability of tyre crane can raise the hoistingcapacity under large amplitude.About insproving structural design of products, following can be applied : increasing the distance of the supporting legs ,and let the distances of the vertical and borizontal legs are same, the position of the lower hinge is located forward along the jib axis under minimum amplitude,applying composite A frame can raise the height of A frame, selecting tube with high strength to manufacture the jib, if necessary the counterweight can be increased appropriatly or the rotation radius of turn table tail end is increased, to strengthen the undercarriage stiffness.
