汽车车门内板拼焊技术应用与分析

摘    要:在分析汽车车门内板结构现状与拼焊板技术在车门制造上应用情况的基础上,研究了车门内板拼焊性能与主要参数。借助有限元分析软件,对拼焊门内板车门(拼焊板与非拼焊板、不同材料拼焊板与相同材料拼焊板)的刚度性能、模态性能进行了对比。通过对计算机仿真模拟结果的分析,为车门内板拼焊技术应用提出有益建议。

Abstract:By studying the design of the inner door panel and tailor-welded blank technology and the application of TWB in vehicle body design. With FEA model and using the simulation software the rigidity and mode behaviours of three kinds of inner door panels were analyzed. Recording to the result, the advices in using tailor-welded blank were gave.
