| 摘 要： | 目的 观察胆囊切除术后综合征 (postcholecystectomysyndrome,PCS)患者十二指肠胃反流 (duodenogastricre flux ,DGR)的变化 ,探讨胆囊切除后DGR发生情况及其与PCS的关系。方法 2 0例胆囊切除术后综合征患者行动态 2 4h胃内pH和胆红素 (Bilitec 2 0 0 0 )检测 ,并与 10例胆石症患者和 15例正常对照者作比较。结果 胆囊切除术后综合征组与正常对照组比较 ,碱反流和胆汁反流均不增加。胆石症组碱反流较对照组增加 ,胆汁反流不增加。结论 胆囊切除术后综合征患者十二指肠胃反流并不增加

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the alteration of duodenogastric reflux after cholecystectomy so as to explore the basis for diagnosis and therapy. Methods Intragastric bile reflux during 24 hours was assessed using ambulatory bilirubin monitoring and 24-hour pH monitoring techniques in 20 cholecystectomy patients, 10 cholelithiasis patients and 15 healthy volunteers. Results Bile reflux and alkaline reflux of cholecystectomy patients did not increase compared with those of cholelithiasis and the control. Conclusion Duodenogastric reflux of patients receiving postcholecystectomy patients does not increase. |
