摘    要:南京大胜关长江大桥8号主墩北侧3主桁钢桁拱采用吊索塔架辅助70 t架梁吊机悬臂拼装,综述该墩处吊索塔架各部分的施工。吊索塔架由塔架与斜拉索2部分组成。塔架采用3片桁架结构,主要由立柱、横向联结系、锚箱3部分组成。塔架施工时,底节采用浮吊安装,标准节段、非标准节段、锚固区节段采用2台塔吊共同安装。塔架每桁设置3层斜拉索,斜拉索施工时,先采用水平转盘放索,再挂设锚固端锚头、张拉端锚头,然后利用650 t穿心式千斤顶+张拉杆张拉索力至设计吨位。在南主跨钢梁合龙过程中,通过调整斜拉索索力控制主跨合龙口纵、横向位移及竖向转角,最终实现精确合龙。
