广清高速公路A级波形梁护栏加强方案研究

摘    要:为了提高广清高速公路连续S弯道护栏安全防护性能,以通过碰撞试验的新型3 mm三波A级波形梁护栏为基础,提出护栏加强方案,建立高精度计算机仿真模型,对加强方案的极限防护能力和不同基础护栏的安全防护能力进行分析。结果表明:护栏加强方案较原护栏对大客车的防护能力由140 kJ提高到230 kJ,提高幅度为64.3%,对大货车防护能力由125 kJ提高到260 kJ,提高幅度为108%,同时规范推荐的四种护栏基础埋置方式均满足评价标准要求。研究成果可有效提高危险路段的安全运营水平,已经在实际工程中应用。

Abstract:In order to improve the safety protection performance of the guardrail in the continuous S bend of Guangzhou - Qingyuan Expressway, based on the new 3 mm three-wave Class-A W-beam guardrail through the crash test, a guardrail strengthening scheme is proposed, and a high-precision computer simulation model is established to analyze the ultimate protection capability of the strengthening scheme and the safety protection capability of different foundation guardrails. The results show that compared with the original guardrail, the protective capability of the guardrail strengthening scheme on the bus is improved by 64.3% from 140 kJ to 230 kJ, and the protective capability of the guardrail on the truck is improved by 108% from 125 kJ to 260 kJ. At the same time, the four kinds of guardrail foundation embedment methods recommended by the code all meet the evaluation standard requirements. The research results can effectively improve the safe operation level of dangerous road sections and have been applied in practical projects.
