干接盖梁施工控制关键技术

摘    要:高架桥梁预制拼装技术日渐成熟,基于便捷施工、降低成本、提高质量的原则,围绕预制拼装工艺优化的思考和尝试从未间断。分节盖梁的推广有效解决了超重大尺寸盖梁运输和吊装困难的问题,而干接工艺的应用进一步优化了分节盖梁吊装和拼接工序,较传统湿接工艺,大幅提高施工效率和减小措施成本。结合上海S3公路(周邓公路-G1503两港大道立交)新建工程中干接盖梁的应用,通过工程实践,介绍和提炼干接盖梁工艺在施工过程中的控制要点。

Abstract:The prefabricated assembly technology of viaduct is becoming more and more mature. Based on the principles of convenient construction, cost reduction and quality improvement, the thinking and attempts around the optimization of prefabricated assembly process have never stopped. The promotion of segmental bent caps effectively solves the problem of transportation and hoisting of overweight and large-size bent caps, while the application of dry connection technology further optimizes the hoisting and splicing procedures of segmental bent caps, which greatly improves the construction efficiency and reduces the cost of measures compared with the traditional wet connection technology. Based on the application of dry-connected bent cap in the new project of Shanghai S3 Highway (Zhoudeng Highway - G1503 Lianggang Avenue Interchange), the control essentials of dry-connected bent cap technology in the construction process are introduced and refined through the engineering practices.
