| 摘 要： | 从海洋石油工作船挂、解拖的实际作业流程出发,根据海上交通工程系统理论,将作业安全的影响因素划分为人员-船舶-作业环境3大类,采用层次分析法,找出3大类因素中相对主要的因素,得出其对作业安全的影响程度,从而有针对性地为选择安全作业环境、提供安全作业条件、实施安全管理等提供理论参考。

| Abstract: | According to practical PRE-RELEASE Towing work of Offshore Petroleum Supporting Vessels and theories of marine traffic engineering,influence factors of a safe work were divided into three categories : Human-Vessel-Environment.Some relative and main factors in categories and their influence degrees to safety were figured out by method,which may make pointed references for choosing safe working environment,providing Safety operation conditions,implementing safety management,and devote foundation work to further research. |
