| 摘 要： | 全世界范围内的恐怖主义活动日益泛滥,给整个国际社会造成了严重的政治影响、恶劣的社会效应和重大的经济损失.当前,地铁反(防)恐日益成为有关国家急需解决的大事.统计分析了全世界范围内的地铁恐怖事件的特点和受损程度;论述了与地铁反恐有关的公约法规的建立、防范体系的构筑以及相关技术研究发展水平与现状;对以后的地铁反(防)恐工作提出建议.
