半刚性路面基层养生期的试验研究

摘    要:分析了缩短半刚性路面基层养生的机理,解决了半刚性路面基层常规7d养生期耗费大、工期长、遇雨行车影响路面平整度和质量,因洒水养生干、湿交替产生的干缩裂缝,与沥青面层结合不好、抗剪力差、行车易产生推移变形等技术难题.降低了工程造价,取得明显的社会、经济效益.

Abstract:The paper analyses the mechanism of shortening the curing of semi-rigid base of pavement,which has settled the following technical difficult problems:conventional big consumption of 7d curing time of semi-rigid base of pavement;long time limit for a project;on rain the driving affects the evenness and quality of pavement;sprinkling curing produces the desiccation fissure due to dry and wet alternation with poor connection to asphalt surface;shear-resistance is poor;driving is easy to yield the desplacive deformation.This way,the engineering cost is reduced and the social and economic benefits tangible are gotten.
