摘    要:长距离成品油管道在密闭输送过程中,出现非正常停泵、误关阀门及混油界面经过泵等均会引起水击现象发生。水击波沿管道传播,极易导致管道局部超压而造成破裂、损坏设备等危害,故水击保护成为成品油管道密闭输送关键性的工艺技术之一。鉴于格拉管道落差大、管道的水力工况多种多样等特点,改造后在全线水击保护控制方面采取了调节阀调节、泄压保护、紧急停泵3种主要保护措施保证管道事故工况时的安全。对两类泵站的事故工况进行了分析,并介绍了3种保护措施在非正常停泵、意外关阀等事故工况中的保护作用。

Abstract:Water hammer may occur in the tight line transportation over a long-distance product oil pipeline, when the pump stops working abnormally, the valve is shutdown due to a mistake, or the batehing interface passes through the pump. The water hammer valve spreads along the pipeline and can break the pipehne and destroy the equipment. So, water hammer protection is the pivotal technique in the tight line process. Because the drop height is large and the waterpower condition is complex in the Golmud-Lhasa product pipeline, adopt re.dating valves, relief press protection and hurry-up stopping pumps through technological innovation in order to protect the pipeline from water hammer. In the end, the paper analyzes two kinds of accidents in pumping stations and introduces the protection effect of three kinds of protection techniques in ease the pump stops working abnormally and valve is wrongly shutdown.
