| Abstract: | The popular calisthenics is a mass sports event that is in the ascendant. The composing of the popular calisthenics is very important to the effect of the calisthenics practicing. During the composing,we should payattention to vary conditions of the participant and some other factors such as the selection of the music and principles of the arrangement of calisthenics. |
