船机余热在空调系统中的探索与利用

摘    要:为更好地利用主机或发电机余热,论述一种用于空调冷媒水的新型船舶主机或发电机(简称:船机)余热利用系统。利用船机缸套水产生的多余热量加热空调冷媒水,摒弃传统锅炉或电加热冷媒水的方式,进而取消燃油热水锅炉及相关配件,减小燃油消耗和船舶电站的容量,降低船舶建造和营运成本,起节能环保作用,有效地解决了采用燃油锅炉或电加热冷媒水等传统方式存在的不足。

Abstract:In order to make better use of the waste heat of main engine or generator, the air conditioning refrigerant water is heated by excess heat generated by ship machine jacket water using the system, which abandons the traditional boiler heating and electric heating of refrigerant water, cancels the hot water oil burning boiler and related accessories, reduces fuel consumption and the capacity of the ship power station, and reduces costs of ship construction and operating. The utilization system of waste heat is of energy saving and environmental protection. The shortcomings of the traditional heating methods such as oil burning boiler heating or electric heating of refrigerant water are effectively solved.
