兼具S型与J型两种铺管系统的新型设计方案

摘    要:分析S型铺管方式和J型铺管方式的特点,根据两型铺管系统的差异与共性,通过优化布置将S、J两型铺管系统整合在同一浮体上,实现单一船型具备两种铺管系统,满足不同作业水深要求,覆盖不同铺管管径,提升铺管船的使用率和作业效率。

Abstract:Though analyzing the characteristics of S lay and J lay method and researching the difference and common features between these two types of pipe laying system, the integration of S lay and J lay systems in the same vessel is achieved based on the layout optimization, which meets the operation requirements in various water depth and different pipe diameters, and enhances the utilization rate and the operation efficiency of the pipe laying vessel.
