摘    要:针对超大型集装箱船货舱台阶中间设置角隅的情况,选择两种典型的箱角结构设计方案,以某两万箱级超大型集装箱船为例,通过结构强度有限元分析方法计算两种方案箱角结构的屈服强度,以谱分析疲劳评估方法计算平台角隅的疲劳寿命,分析两种方案的优缺点,为超大型集装箱船的结构设计提供合理的参考。

Abstract:For the case of setting corners of container step in the cargo hold of mega container ship,two typical container corner structural design schemes are studied. A method of FEM analysis for container corner structural strength is proposed,and the theory of spectrum analysis for fatigue life is briefly introduced. Based on a 20 000 TEU type mega container ship,the yielding strength of container corner structures and the fatigue life of platform corners of two schemes are calculated,and two schemes are evaluated. The research provides a reasonable reference for hull structure design.
